Guide for teen INTJ

I'm rather new to this "organization" and I am very interested in learning how to harness my potential as an INTJ. More specifically my typology: INTJ 1w9-so/sp-1w9>5w6>3w4(153) LII-RCOEI-Choleric-Phlegmatic
My goals are how I can
❖ Enhance my cognitive functions
❖ Grow strong social skills and charisma (while also being myself)
❖ Grow more knowlegable and powerful
❖ How to expertly create/execute plans for the future
❖ And so on and so forth
